Workshop Facilitator
Kazua Melissa Vang is a multidisciplinary artist, photographer, cultural producer, and filmmaker exploring present and future Hmong American experiences through comedy, drama, romance, and fantasy.
She mentors emerging artists and builds opportunities for AAPI filmmakers. Her work is supported by the Minnesota State Arts Board, Forecast Public Art, Jerome Foundation, and the St. Paul & Minnesota Foundation.

What is the refund policy?

7+ days before: Full refund of tuition.
Less than 7 days before: no refund. You can pass your spot to another person. Please contact us and share their contact info.
Instead of a refund, students may apply tuition toward another course in the same calendar year.
Where do workshops take place?

All workshops take place virtual through Google Meets. You will receive a link and additional information one week prior to the first session. Participants need access to a computer with camera and microphone.
Can anyone participate in the workshops?

Our workshops are affinity spaces for Black, Indigenous, and people of color 18 years old or older.
