Liability Release

In consideration of the right to participate in Mamá Papaya’s workshops and programs, you hereby personally assume all risks foreseen or unforeseen, of injuries and other damages associated with their participation in Mamá Papaya workshops or arising out of their participation in Mamá Papaya workshops and hereby waive, release, indemnify, and hold harmless Mamá Papaya, its officers, trustees, directors, employees, contractors, agents, administrators, and assigns, against all liability for any claims, causes of action, injury, loss, or damage whatsoever arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in any of  Mamá Papaya’s workshps, including any claims made by third parties for personal injury or property damage allegedly caused by you. 

You further agree to follow specific and general directions given by individuals associated with Mamá Papaya. You understand that this Liability Release shall bind your heirs, personal representatives, assigns, and all members of their family and shall also insure to the benefit of the heirs, legal representatives, licensees and assigns of Mamá Papaya. You have fully informed themself of the contents of this Liability Release by reading it before signing it.

You represent and warrant that you are free to grant the rights granted in this Liability Release and certify that they are eighteen years of age or older.

Photo Release

You give permission to Mamá Papaya to take your photograph. This photo may be used for social media, the website, grant applications, and marketing flyers.

If you do not consent to having you photograph being taken and used you will communicate so during class.

Refund Policy

7+ days before: Full refund of tuition.
Less than 7 days before: 50% refund.
Day prior to first session: No refunds, credits, or exchanges.

Instead of a refund, students may apply tuition toward another course in the same calendar year.
